"I am an Immigration Law professor with over 25 years of hands-on experience handling real immigration cases and employment-based visas (L-1A, E-1, E-2, O, P, EB-1 to EB-4, EB-2/NIW, PERM). I specialize in practice-oriented teaching and experiential learning methodologies for training legal teams in international contexts.
I am a bilingual professor (Spanish–English) with extensive experience training professionals at foreign law firms and preparing legal practitioners to litigate, advise clients, and make strategic decisions in immigration matters.
My approach integrates legal rigor, critical thinking, and a strong commitment to human rights and the protection of vulnerable populations, developing professionals who are both technically strong and ethically responsible."
